Bill Hlubik is an Agricultural Agent and Professor with Rutgers Cooperative Extension, NJAES, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Bill has 30 years of experience in the production, research and marketing of specialty crops. Professor Hlubik teaches Sustainable Agriculture and Starting a Small Farm Classes for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Peter Nitzsche is an Agricultural Agent with Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Morris County, New Jersey. He conducts educational programs in commercial vegetable and small fruit production and marketing. He has a B.S. degree in Plant Science and an M.S. degree in Horticulture from Rutgers the State University. He has conducted research on a wide range of crops has focused recently on tomatoes, strawberries and the evaluation of unique ethnic and specialty crops.
